Nicky Romero is announcing that he will be releasing a remix package for his hit single \u201cIron.\u201d The remix package, which features remixes from Dyro and Tony Romera, will be released on October 8th via Protocol Recordings. After receiving chart-topping success and climbing to #1 on Beatport\u2019s esteemed Top 100 chart, Protocol Recordings\u2019 biggest release to date \u201cIron\u201d will see the release of two steller remixes. The first remix comes from Dyro, one of the world\u2019s fastest growing talents, and the second from France\u2019s rising star Tony Romera.<\/p>\n

In Dyro\u2019s remix, he accentuates Calvin Harris\u2019 beautiful vocals by using an intense symphonic melody paired with light drums in the build. As the energy of the song intensifies, Dyro adds a powerful yet melodic bigroom synth before tipping the song into a hard-hitting, grinding bass-filled drop. Dyro uses\u00a0his innovative sound and distinct production ability to give \u201cIron\u201d a second life.<\/p>\n

Tony Romera\u2019s remix is quite different, in that it utilizes \u201cIron\u2019s\u201d recognizable melody while giving it a unique twist by strategically altering the sounds and adding a series of drum kicks and percussion. In addition, Tony Romera swaps the original\u2019s already glass-shattering drop with an interesting yet infectious new drop that gives \u201cIron\u201d the breath of fresh air it deserves.<\/p>\n
