Following the success of their previous collaboration, Monocule and WHAT EVA have joined forces once again to deliver their latest masterpiece, “The Other Side.” This release marks the second time these two creative powerhouses have worked together, following their January 2025 single “Don’t Let Go,” which served as WHAT EVA’s stunning debut.

“The Other Side” arrives as Monocule’s second single of 2026, following the release of “Colorful” earlier this year. This track continues to showcase the deep, cinematic, and dark-progressive sound that has become synonymous with Nicky Romero’s Monocule alias. Monocule continues to perform on a global stage, with a recent performance at Don’t Let Daddy Know in the Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam. This follows a string of prestigious appearances, including sets at Terra Solis in Dubai and the Protocol Labelnight during ADE 2025. Fans still rave about his groundbreaking 2024 debut live show at AMF, where he performed an exclusive set consisting entirely of his own productions. With hits like “Stargazing,” “You Don’t Know,” and “Fine Day” collectively amassing millions of streams, Monocule remains a leading force in the electronic scene.
Joining him is the sensational WHAT EVA, whose meteoric rise in 2025 saw her transition from a debut artist to a household name. After her initial collaboration with Monocule, she went on to secure millions of streams through high-profile projects, including “Illusion” with Mike Williams & Brooks and “Movie Star” with Caro van Ee. She also reached a major milestone by crafting the official anthem “Right Here” for the World DJ Festival in Japan alongside DubVision and KDH.
