Iconic veterans Nicky Romero and Deniz Koyu team up once again, this time for their newest release “Destiny,” out on Romero’s Protocol Recordings imprint. Both artists return to their roots on the track inspired by their classic vocal progressive house sound that took the world by storm in the EDM explosion of the early 2010s. With a soft opening focused on instrumentals and soulful vocals by Swedish singer Alexander Tidebrink, “Destiny” evolves into an uplifting drop with soaring melodies that are born for large scale festival stages. In fact, Nicky played it in his sets as the closing track since Tomorrowland 2019. Deniz and Nicky first teamed up in 2018 on their hit track “Paradise” ft. Walk Off The Earth, which amassed over 30M streams on Spotify alone. “Destiny” follows Romero’s highly anticipated “Redefine” EP and single “Stay.” On the flip side Koyu recently released original singles, such as “Feel It” on Tiësto’s Musical Freedom, and “Enemy” on Martin Garrix’s STMPD RCRDS.
