Additional Terms & Conditions regarding the “10 Years Of Protocol vinyl box set giveaway contest”

The primary way to participate in the contest is to make a connection via our application using the Spotify API as can be seen and done on the campaign page. By doing so we retrieve the email address that is known by Spotify for using your Spotify account. This will also be the email addresses we will contact you on if you would be selected as the winner. It is within our right to choose a new winner if there is no reaction on our mail correspondence. There is an alternative to participate in the contest by joining via an email form as can be seen and done on the campaign page. By submitting you will be subscribed to our newsletter. For those new to our newsletter, you’ll need to confirm the opt-in mail we send you after submitting. We will randomly pick a winner, despite the way of joining via e-mail or the Spotify API. We will run the contest until the second week of January 2024.

Furthermore, you can’t hold us accountable for anything, we keep the right to change the terms and conditions at any moment and your prize isn’t exchangeable for money or any other form. Last but not least, we just hope you will enjoy the prize and celebrate with us the new year to come!
