It’s been a while since Raiden and Tom Tyger’s first collaboration “C’est La Vibe,” but the Korean and French producers are back with their new single “Electric” on Protocol Recordings. The label veterans put an underground spin on their signature progressive house sound with deep, driving bass coupled with funky topline melodies and a catchy vocal riff. Raiden and Tyger effortlessly toe the line between mainstage and basement club with “Electric,” demonstrating their evolution as producers since both joined the Protocol family several years ago. Both artists have been busy recently: Raiden’s has gained traction with “Light Me Up” with Matisse & Sadko on Protocol, “Glory” on Steve Angello’s Size Records, and “Yesterday” on Martin Garrix’s STMPD RCRDS, while Tyger put out releases on Spinnin’ Records, Kryder’s Sosumi, Laidback Luke’s Mixmash and Armada Music. Let’s hope we don’t have to wait long for another top notch collaboration from these two!
